Cookie policy and data processing

Cookies: this website uses only what it needs to work. It stores your language choice in a small preference cookie so that the site opens in the language you picked. It does not use advertising cookies, and it does not currently run analytics. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Data processing: when a customer uses the CRM product, the customer decides what personal data of its own contacts is stored, and FOCUS ON DOOEL processes that data on the customer's behalf to provide the service.

The subject matter, duration, security measures, sub-processors, assistance with data subject requests and deletion at the end of the contract: to be agreed in the customer contract and set out in the final data processing agreement after legal review.
