Money Laundering Policy
What is Money Laundering?
www.focusonmk.com understands and accepts transactions from customers exported only in countries where credit card services are legal and do not accept transactions from countries as agreed by the buyer. Money laundering is an act of hiding illegally obtained money, so the source seems legitimate. We are bound by strict laws that make it illegal for our employees or agents to attempt any remote activity related to money laundering or to attempt such actions. Our anti-money laundering policies offer safe payment processes as well as increasing investor protection and customer security services.
Identity
• The front and back sides of a valid passport, driver's license or national identity document are clear.
• Proof of Residence: An official document stating your name and address registered in Focus on DOOEL in the past 3 months. This can be an invoice (eg water, electricity, or landline) or bank statement. Please make sure your copy includes:
o Your full legal name
o Your full residence address
o Date of publication (son within 3 months)
o Name of the authority that issued the image with a logo or stamp
• Copy of the front and back of your credit card: Only the last 4 digits of your credit card should appear to ensure your privacy and security. You can also cover the last 3 digits (CVV code) on the back of your card. Please note that the legal requirements differ in some countries and we need to request more documents from you. You cannot trade until you receive and approve your “Know Your Customer” documents. All transactions opened before the approval of your account can be canceled. Any loss or gain caused by these transactions will also be canceled and removed from your account.
Tracing
We do not accept third party payments. All guarantees must be made on your behalf and match the KYC documents sent. Due to AML regulatory policies, all withdrawn funds must be returned to the exact source from which they were received. This means that when a withdrawal request is made, money originally deposited through bank transfer will be returned to the same account. Likewise, if you deposit with a credit card, your money will be returned to the same credit card when a withdrawal request is made. Under no circumstances do we accept cash when requests for withdrawals or withdrawals are refused.
Reporting
The AML regulation requires that we monitor and monitor suspicious transactions and report such activities to relevant law enforcement agencies. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a transfer at any stage if we believe that the transfer is related to any form of criminal activity or money laundering. The law prohibits us from informing our customers about reports sent to law enforcement agencies regarding suspicious activities.
